Abandoned bicycle - it took THREE agencies to remove it.

One bicycle, THREE agencies:

A bicycle chained to the lamp post was clearly abandoned by its owner for more than a month - indicated by the height of grass.

1. Town Council - whose role was to inform LTA (upon receiving "complaint" only) because lamp post is property of LTA;

2. LTA - it is not the job of LTA to remove the abandoned bicycle although the bicycle was chained to the lamp post. LTA informed NEA to remove the bicycle;

3. NEA - removed the bicycle eventually.

Not sure why NParks was not involved because the bicycle was on the turf maintained by NParks.
